Service Call Charge for Troubleshooting:

  1. Weekly Service Clients: $45
  2. Non-Weekly Service Clients: $65

(The service call charge will be deducted from the total repair bill if a repair is performed)

  • We have a licensed repair technician on staff that can assess problems or malfunctions with all equipment pertaining to your pool and perform the repair at your direction. Some things are beyond the scope of what our repair technician performs, so we can give referrals to reputable repair specialists for those items.
  • Equipment components we troubleshoot or repair include:
  • Pumps, Motors, Filters, Piping (aboveground), Valves, Salt Chlorine Generators, Timers & Controllers, Automatic Pool Cleaners, Automation, Blowers, Circulation Problems.
  • What we outsource: heater troubleshooting/repair, pool lights, plastering, leak detection and underground plumbing repair, most tile cleanings and repair.
